Job Opportunity : Pipe Welder

Location : Newport News, VA

Pay : $50.00 / hr (Local) | $50.00 / hr and $120 Per Day Worked for Per Diem (Non-Local)

Schedule : Full-Time, Contract | 40 hrs / week

About the Role

Weld pipe (GTAW / SMAW; FCAW as required) on carbon / stainless to procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Read WPS; maintain purge and interpass temps.
• Execute sound root / hot / cap passes; support NDT (VT / RT / PT).
• Perform repairs per QA direction.
