Senior Stationary Engineer

37.5 hour work week. Day shift schedule.

A WNY non-profit has a need for a Stationary Engineer. The Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the central Utility Plant Systems including BAS boilers chillers emergency generators and all associated sub-systems.

Duties include :

• Maintaining safe and efficient operation of building systems and installing / repairing equipment accordingly
• Ensuring proper operation of chillers boilers emergency generators machinery pump etc.
• Observing interpreting and maintaining BAS
• Maintaining daily logs of operation maintenance safety
• Testing boiler water quality and taking corrective action as necessary
• Responding to and resolving HVAC issues

Actual pay rate offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location level job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.
