Position Summary
As a FOH Manager, you will oversee guest service, team development, and operational excellence, maintaining our brand's high standards. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for service, fostering a positive work culture, and driving guest satisfaction.
Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Uphold company service standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage guest relations, proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Support daily operations, including floor management and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and entry areas.
- Assist with financial oversight, including labor management and cost controls.
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications
Passionate, resilient problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.At least 2 years of experience as a FOH Manager in casual dining.A guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality.Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop teams.Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and team management tools.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits
