We seek passionate and driven Front-of-House Managers to join our leadership team, ensuring outstanding service, strong team performance, and smooth daily operations.

Position Summary

As a FOH Manager, you will oversee guest service, team development, and operational excellence, maintaining our brand's high standards. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the tone for service, fostering a positive work culture, and driving guest satisfaction.

Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
• Uphold company service standards while fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage guest relations, proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Support daily operations, including floor management and service efficiency.
• Collaborate with the BOH team to maintain smooth coordination between front and back of house.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and entry areas.
• Assist with financial oversight, including labor management and cost controls.
