About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments. As a foundational member of the engineering team, you’ll work closely with the founders to design, build, and launch new product features — from first lines of code to production.

Every week, you’ll ship meaningful functionality and own complex engineering problems in :

  • Multimodal content understanding with large models
  • Campaign optimization at scale

You’ll have the autonomy to move fast, make technical decisions, and directly shape product direction and business outcomes.

    • What we are looking for

  • Full-stack strength — proficiency with React / Next.js (frontend) and Python / Django / Postgres (backend).
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with examples of building user-facing products (not just internal tooling).
  • Big tech or high-growth startup experience — exposure to complex systems and / or fast-paced ownership of user-focused features.
  • User impact orientation — clear track record of solving user problems and delivering business value.
  • Career progression — evidence of growth and promotions within previous companies.
  • Startup mindset — thrives in ambiguity, executes quickly, and values ownership.
  • In-person collaboration — excited to work 5 days / week onsite in Brooklyn, NYC.
  • Big FAANG background and / or High Growth Startup VC backed experience

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong generalist, able to work across client and server
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality, scalable systems to production
  • Experience in AI-driven software products preferred

    • Tech Stack

  • Frontend : React / Next.js
  • In-person role, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC (5 days / week)
  • Full-time position
