As an Operating Partner, you'll run a multi-million dollar restaurant for one of America's favorite burger brands! You'll oversee every aspect of your unit's operations : from budgeting and driving sales to managing staff, keeping costs in check, managing P&L, and growing future leaders.

What You'll Do :

• Take charge of a multi-million dollar business, owning sales, budgeting, P&L, and more
• Build, lead, and motivate a team of 50-70+ burger experts
• Set the standard for professionalism, coaching your team, sharing ideas, and celebrating wins
• Ensure every guest leaves full, happy, and thinking "what-a-burger"!
• Drive engagement, sales, and profitability through smart, creative marketing
• Fostering a culture of friendly competition, productivity, and fun
