Position Summary
The LPN Staffing Coordinator is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for the nursing staff in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Attended an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed / registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Prior health care experience preferred

Schedule facility staff at levels determined by DON / EDPrepare and maintain records of all shift schedules and communicate clearly to staffUnderstand State requirements and forecastingPerform functions of a staff nurse as requiredExhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patientsAssist in the evacuation of patientsDemonstrate dependable, regular attendanceConcentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgmentCommunicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary teamSit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hoursRead, write, speak, and understand the English languageAn Equal Opportunity Employer
