Personal Injury Associate (3+ years)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 3-5 years of practice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution.

Conduct thorough investigations, including client interviews, evidence gathering, and expert consultations.

Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and share insights.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Georgia State Bar.

3-5 years of experience specializing in personal injury law.

Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
