Job Summary: The House Supervisor directly supports the Senior Executive Team and provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Networks with the Delegate On Call and addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities. Creativity is expected to perform the job. Leads and directs the work of others.
