Principal Financial Analyst

This position within Naval Power's Close-in Weapon System (CIWS) Sustainment finance team is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our large DOD / FMS Spares, Repairs, and existing Performance Based Logistics (PBL) portfolio as a Principal Financial Analyst (P3). This portfolio is composed of DOD / FMS contracts varying in size with the U.S. Navy.
In this role, you will be responsible for the financial operations, team training, contract negotiations, collaboration and relationship building with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn while being challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with various levels of management. This position will provide an opportunity to improve skills in financial planning, PRISM, estimates at complete and variance analysis and apply them to existing and future pursuits. This position is being offered in an on-site capacity and is determined by the needs of the business and can be located in one of the following Raytheon locations : Tewksbury, MA, Andover, MA, Tucson, AZ, Aurora, CO, Arlington, VA, Dallas, TX, or McKinney, TX.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
