Job description
A leading healthcare provider in Arizona seeks a Client Stabilization Specialist to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, educating on shelter rules and resources, and performing visits to ensure stabilization. The ideal candidate will have a high-school diploma or GED and at least 12 months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders.
