Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Janitor - Part-Time. The core hours are 2 : 00pm to 6 : 00pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.82 per hour. The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You'll Do : The Janitor is responsible for general cleaning tasks throughout the facility and maintenance of cleaning supplies inventory levels.

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of the facility including cafeterias, break areas, bathrooms, and hallways, etc.
• Clean, sanitize, and refill inventory for all plant restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in break areas, cafeterias, bathrooms, hallways, offices & etc.
• Operate cleaning systems and equipment as trained and specified (i.e. vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc.)
• Help organize and maintain closets and storage areas
• Prepare all cleaning solutions required for the sanitation of the facility
• Properly track the use of all chemical cleaning agents, paints, and supplies that are removed from plant inventory
• Responsible to accurately communicate utilization of cleaning supplies and request issuance of those consumed items via the plant established procedure
• Maintain recycle bins and trash and periodic deep cleaning of office areas, break rooms, and other areas as assigned
• Exterior cleaning to include along building, windows, grounds & parking lot in all weather conditions
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Performs other janitorial duties as required
