OSINT Investigator - Southeast Asia

A company is looking for an OSINT Investigator specializing in Southeast Asian languages.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and research online activity of Terrorist and Violent Extremist Organisations (VEOs) and produce weekly verified data

Maintain understanding of local contexts for timely collection, analysis, and reporting

Contribute to monthly reports and rapid reports on findings, ensuring adherence to project protocols

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in online information environment analysis, including monitoring and verification of incidents

Expertise in reporting on VEOs active in Southeast Asia

Fluency in a local language (Bahasa and / or Malay) as well as English

Knowledge of VEO recruitment and fundraising on social media platforms

Experience in monitoring niche social media platforms and translating content
