Responsible for supply chain operations and initiatives including budget, inventory management, and strategy. Oversight of supply chain operations staff utilizing strong team development, staff modeling, career planning, and change management skills. Develops, monitors and maintains performance measures while driving process improvement efforts and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversees emergency and disaster preparedness response including Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) as needed. Responsible for procedural and surgical case picking, inventory management, and demand planning. Leads, designs, and implements strategies that reduce overall supply chain expense, increase efficiency, and improve department effectiveness. Partners with system clinical effectiveness programs and departments to reduce clinical variation.

Pay Range : $43.65 to $60.40 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
