Job Description :

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in data center discovery and migration.
• Deep knowledge of server, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
• Strong experience in managing data center implementation and support.
• Experience in managing ESXi servers and virtualization technology.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing complex infrastructure designs.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and coordinate with various teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Effective communication skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to perform business case analysis and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Experience in setting up and executing disaster recovery (DR) plans.
• Good understanding of UPS and power utilities for data centers.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Create scalable, secure, and reliable data center designs.
• Oversee server, storage, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Optimize space, power, and cooling to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
• Manage multiple data center build and capital improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate design and construction efforts.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Conduct site assessments and review construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for safety, quality, and reliability.
