The Merchant Assistant II will provide administrative support to the trading desks. In this role, you will prepare routine reporting, commodity pricing, profit and loss estimates and other supporting duties.
+ Maintain and cultivate established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
+ Collaborate closely with various business partners, including supply chain and field team to achieve origination objectives.
+ Prepare reports and conduct competitive analysis, such as, pricing sheets, regular origination reporting, reconciliation for positions, as well as profit and loss estimates.
+ Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
+ Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
+ Confirmed analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Minimum of two years of related work experience
