Job description

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to guide the development of a line aimed at young adults. This role requires a dynamic leader who can blend creativity with market insight, overseeing the creation and execution of numerous style concepts monthly.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive trend identification and ideation to produce innovative and commercially viable design concepts.
  • Set creative direction for seasonal collections, including visual presentations and styling guidance.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to maintain competitive advantage and relevance.
  • Develop merchandising plans that balance creativity with commercial strategy.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles within fashion or related industries.
  • Proven leadership capabilities managing design or creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of global trends, youth culture, and digital media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Fashion Design, Marketing, or Trend Forecasting.
