Overview: Schedule: Part-time, MondayFriday (4:00 PM 9:30 PM) Location: Main Hospital (C and D)

Job Description Summary: Greets visitors, responding to inquiries or problems, and directing visitors to requested locations.

Essential Functions:

• Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
• Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
• Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

Skills:

• Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
• Requires good listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of standard medical terminology.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Enjoys working with the public and possesses a friendly, helpful attitude.

Experience: Two years of customer service experience required.
