Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state / federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.\nResponsibilities : \n

\tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate\n

\tDevelop and update treatment / discharge plans of care\n

\tDocument services accurately and timely\n

\tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts\n

\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n

\tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards\nQualifications : \n

\tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT / MSPT / BSPT)\n

\tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)\n

\tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills\n

\tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
