Finance & Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and manage client teams to ensure value delivery

Oversee client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll management

Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
