The Village of Wilton is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and community-minded individual to serve as Clerk / Treasurer . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of village administration and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain official village records, ordinances, and meeting minutes
• Prepare agendas and provide administrative support for Village Board meetings
• Manage village finances, including budgeting, payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and financial reporting
• Oversee licensing, permits, and elections in compliance with state and local regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and elected officials
