Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers using active listening techniques to understand their needs and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Redirect or escalate calls to the appropriate team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
- Expand knowledge of company processes and transactions to enhance service delivery and provide support across different teams.
- Report any workflow disruptions or service challenges to Customer Care leadership to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, training guidelines, supervisory instructions, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while handling challenging situations or ambiguous scenarios.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation to support customer service operations.
- Provide clear and concise written communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strive to deliver solutions that benefit both customers and the organization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 applications and the ability to learn proprietary software programs.
- Strong ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and apply new information effectively.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to seek clarification and resolve issues.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
