We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers using active listening techniques to understand their needs and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Redirect or escalate calls to the appropriate team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
  • Expand knowledge of company processes and transactions to enhance service delivery and provide support across different teams.
  • Report any workflow disruptions or service challenges to Customer Care leadership to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, training guidelines, supervisory instructions, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while handling challenging situations or ambiguous scenarios.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation to support customer service operations.
  • Provide clear and concise written communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strive to deliver solutions that benefit both customers and the organization.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 applications and the ability to learn proprietary software programs.
  • Strong ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and apply new information effectively.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to seek clarification and resolve issues.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
