• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• Weekend rotation and holiday rotation required
• No call responsibilities
• Patient ratio of 1 : 5
• 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHS
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• Must have experience with management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Experience required with peripheral line care / management and PICC line management
• Must be able to titrate drips
• EPIC experience required
• Must pass EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed)
• Floating required as needed between all Cone Health campuses
• 36 hours of orientation
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Work with adult patients in a 34-bed general medical progressive care unit
• All beds are telemetry monitored with cardiac surveillance
• Treat patients with stroke backup, renal disorders, sepsis, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, and hematological disorders Facility : This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center with a 34-bed General Medical Progressive Care Unit.
