Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize ML models for customer-facing and internal product capabilities

Lead technical efforts to improve model accuracy and enhance ML infrastructure and pipelines

Mentor engineers in scalable ML design patterns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software development

Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Proven experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments

Deep understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and statistical analysis

Solid knowledge of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and CI / CD
