- Lead the strategic development, execution, and management of government-related projects and relationships within ECS service lines.
- Grow the Subsidiary's public sector footprint at the federal, state and municipal levels, ensuring compliance with government regulations, overseeing the successful execution of contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with government clients.
- Develop and implement business strategies for expanding government services in alignment with subsidiary goals.
- Identify, pursue and secure new federal, state and local contracts and opportunities in ECS core service lines.
- Client management for our government market sector with particular emphasis on the federal market (classified and unclassified) as well as international opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of public-sector procurement processes, compliance standards, and funding mechanisms.
- Work closely with our Marketing department and other operational managers in your pursuits.
- Work in a team environment to implement business development strategies that will increase growth and success.
- This position reports to subsidiary senior leadership.

Qualifications
Qualifications
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - MBA / MKT preferred
15+ years of direct sales / marketing experience in consulting, marketing services, advertising, service delivery, and launch strategy - highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
