Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Annual Salary : $120k-$140k (Varies depending on years of experience)

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our client s multidisciplinary cardiology team, providing comprehensive care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation in cardiovascular health, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is integral in supporting the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments, physical exams, and diagnostics for patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Manage and monitor patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and post-operative recovery
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide consultation and care in both inpatient units (e.g., telemetry, step-down, ICU) and outpatient clinics
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Order and interpret labs, EKGs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Participate in care planning, discharge coordination, and transitional care initiatives
• Maintain clear documentation in the EMR and comply with institutional protocols and evidence-based practices
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
