The Role

We are seeking a Content Strategist / Manager who embodies leadership and extreme ownership. This is not a role for box-tickers. Reporting to the Head of Smooth Operations, you will be the architect of our content future, given the autonomy to build, execute, and iterate remotely. You will fuse advanced AI tools with timeless storytelling principles to create content that is not only engaging but also deeply rooted in verifiable data and perfectly aligned with our mission.

Your mandate is to take complete ownership of the content function, driving strategy and execution to establish Leoserve as an undeniable thought leader. If you are a builder who gets things done, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Pioneer AI-Powered Content : Take full ownership of our AI content stack to create a diverse range of high-impact resources. Utilize and innovate with tools (e.g., Veo3, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Jasper, Kling) for ideation, drafting, and optimization of content.

Thought Leadership : Produce in-depth blog posts, articles, white papers, and e-books that establish our authority.

Social Proof : Create compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase customer success.

Engagement : Develop engaging social media content, video scripts, and email newsletters that build our community.

Conversion : Write high-performing web copy, landing pages, and ad copy that drives action.

Sales Enablement : Produce persuasive sales decks, one-pagers, and battle cards that empower our sales team.

Execute with Strategic Storytelling : Develop and rapidly deploy content built on proven storytelling frameworks (e.g., The Hero’s Journey, Problem-Agitate-Solve). Ship V1, gather feedback, and iterate.

Champion Data-Driven Narratives : Build content on verifiable research and credible data; source, interpret, and cite data to maintain trust and authority.

Embody the Brand Voice : Guard the Leoserve voice and weave our mission and values into all content.

Drive & Iterate : Develop content, analyze performance, and use data to inform the next iteration with speed and quality.

Requirements

Who You Are

A Proven Performer : 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing, with a portfolio that shows you drive results.

An Owner & A Leader : A "get things done" mentality with extreme ownership; leads by doing and takes full responsibility for outcomes.

AI-Fluent : Expert user of generative AI content tools and skilled in prompt engineering and efficient workflows.

Scrappy & Action-Oriented : Thrives in a fast-paced environment; values shipping MVPs and iterating quickly.

Direct & Coachable : Able to give and receive direct feedback to improve outcomes.
