Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or Omaha depending on the candidate’s approved location for hire. The team and stakeholders will be primarily across the United States, as well as in Bangalore, India. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a office on select days, as determined by business needs.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations – Business Platform to scale, lead, and inspire a team of Business Platform Product Operations Managers. The team represents the voice of customers / members and customer support & success teams. Our Business Platform R&D team builds products across checkout, billing and payments, user and license management, help centers, live chat and Support AI Agents, and customer support and success tools. The role requires deep insights, user empathy, and influence to ensure a high quality product experience.

Compensation
is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $150,000 to $243,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
