Superintendent I (Summer 2026)

Iconica is seeking a Superintendent I to join our team in Summer 2026!

As an entry-level Superintendent, you will support the field and construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, and on schedule.

You’ll gain hands-on experience while helping coordinate project activities and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting in developing, monitoring, and tracking critical path dates and milestone schedules.
• Supporting weekly foreman meetings.
• Documenting daily project activities through logs and photographs.
• Helping define and review expectations for subcontractors.
• Conducting weekly safety inspections and documenting observations.
• Performing carpentry and general construction tasks as needed.
• Helping strengthen relationships with clients and subcontractors.
