• Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties / tasks (or interested to get trained) including the following work :
• Lawn Maintenance
• Debris / Junk removal
• Lock Changes
• Initial Services (including sales clean)
• Boarding
• General / Minor household repairs, etc.
• Must have own transportation
• Meeting client's deadlines
• Must have the necessary equipment
