The Opportunity

Global Fleet Solutions is looking for a driven National Accounts Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas . The National Accounts Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth of our National Accounts division. This includes targeting, developing, and closing a robust pipeline by leveraging both internal lead sources and direct prospecting in high-potential markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the National Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

• Develop and execute a focused weekly plan aligned to quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with prospective National Accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and manufacturer partners
• Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to expand GFS services with existing accounts
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and pricing packages
• Lead deal negotiations, contract discussions, and coordination of operational integration
• Regularly review and advance all open opportunities through the sales funnel
• Conduct market and industry research to identify strategic prospects and trends
• Collaborate with dealership sales teams to share knowledge and uncover new opportunities
• Attend internal and manufacturer meetings, contributing updates and insights to cross-functional teams

The compensation range for this role is : $70,000 to $75,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission. Estimated total annual earnings are approximately $200,000+.

This is a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas.
