Overview
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is actively seeking a Scientific Grant Writer (Writer 2) to work under the general direction of Dr. Amanatullah (PI) to develop, implement, and administer the vision, strategy, and goals of externally funded research. The Grant Writer will be responsible for program strategy development / management and will work with the PI and other researchers to develop, draft, edit, and submit manuscripts and grant proposals to federal and non-federal funding agencies. The Grant Writer will serve as a resource expert to support the growth and development of Dr. Amanatullah’s Arthritis & Joint Replacement research program. This is a 2-year Fixed Term position.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
The expected pay range for this position is $81,405 to $105,663 per annum.
