Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule : Mon - Thurs; Schedule Negotiable (some evening hours, e.g., 9 am - 7 pm); Fri / Sat / Sun off
Groups Recover Together is an outpatient addiction medicine provider offering comprehensive treatment for opioid addiction, including medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation. We focus on high-quality clinical support to help individuals rebuild their lives sober.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions on addiction recovery and treatment plans.
- Manage a schedule and caseload that supports office needs and your professional growth.
- Collaborate with team members within our clinical service model.
- Lead 2-3 weekly group therapy sessions using our curriculum to build recovery skills and community.
- Document progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
- Engage in community outreach activities, including distributing materials and participating in meetings on substance abuse topics.

Master's degree required.Active behavioral health licensure (e.g., ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW) preferred; ability to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.Minimum two years leading groups in a substance use disorder setting.Comfort with technology, including EMR, telehealth, Google tools, and mobile apps.Compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to quality care.Willingness to work 2-3 evenings per week until 9 pm.INDHP
