Position Summary :

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing clients. You will sell staffing solutions, including contract-to-hire and direct hire services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, staffing, or manufacturing, and a passion for creating strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Develop customized staffing proposals and negotiate service agreements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry changes
• Track activities and performance using CRM tools
