Join our dynamic Medical Surgical team, providing care for diverse patient needs. Collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe and evidence-based care. Your responsibilities will include :

Assessing patients’ needs and developing individualized care plans.

Coordinating discharge planning and providing patient education.

Fostering a culture of safety and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Education Required :

Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Experience Required :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Certification Addendum :

Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
