Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in the progressive care unit.

Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and assess patients' overall cardiac status.

Administer medications, perform cardiac assessments, and implement nursing interventions as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families on cardiac health, medications, and lifestyle modifications for optimal recovery and management of cardiac conditions.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license

BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)

Two years of recent Cardiac Progressive Care Unit RN experience

Strong communication and adaptability skills.
