We are seeking a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide direct chairside support to our dentists and ensure exceptional patient care. This role is central to our clinical operations, involving hands-on patient procedures, laboratory tasks, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications

• REQUIRED : Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license for the state of [Your State].
• REQUIRED : Active X-ray license / certification as required by [Your State].
• REQUIRED : Minimum 1+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a chairside Dental Assistant.
• REQUIRED : Current CPR / BLS certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and chairside assist techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC compliance protocols.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Preferred : Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
