Job description
  • Work Dates Needed : ASAP- Ongoing
  • Preferred Schedule : Monday through Fridays 8 am to 5 pm - on-call rotates between providers after hours with nurses taking the call first and elevating it if needed. In-person response is not required during on-call.
  • Worksite Setting : PACE- home visits and clinic. Comprehensive senior care
  • Scope of Work : 6 to 8 depending on clinic or home visit and acuity.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : CA Lic, BC Covid / flu vaccines are required during flu season or they are required to wear a mask
