Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for all F&B outlets including Terras, Lounge, In-Room Dining, Pools, and Seed Café.
Uphold and ensure brand standards for quality, presentation, and guest service across all venues.
Supervise and support F&B team members during service, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Proactively resolve guest concerns or service issues in real-time, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Conduct twice-daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and service priorities.
Monitor and ensure all team members receive and take their scheduled breaks in compliance with labor regulations.
Collaborate with outlet managers to manage ordering, inventory, and par levels to maintain adequate supplies and control costs.
Assist in training and onboarding of new team members to uphold CIVANA’s service culture and operational standards.
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in compliance with local and brand regulations.
Support overall resort initiatives, cross-departmental cooperation, and a culture of wellness and sustainability.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume or luxury F&B environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
