I'm the recruiter for an Agency General Manager to expand a growing segment of a 30-year insurance industry services-solutions company

Downers Grove HQ location; hybrid schedule

As Agency General Manager at Allegiance Insurance Company ( https : / / myallegianceins.com / ) an independent insurance agency, part of a fully integrated insurance industry services / support provider, you’ll obtain, maintain, expand, service accounts to develop / grow an efficient / profitable agency.

HIGHLIGHTS

2 days remote; 3 days Downers Grove office

Negotiable salary, bonus / commission, 401K Match, PTO, 100% paid benefits

Execute / manage agency projects start to finish with an eye on growing personal & commercial lines

Keep staff up to date on rate / form / coverage changes, annual / quarterly check-ins / weekly meetings

Maintain service center “all -hands-on deck” culture

Set monthly / quarterly / annual agency goals

Maintain new business / renewal / service pipelines / client files

Ensure targets met. policies / guidelines upheld, customer satisfaction achieved

Manage / maintain AMS / CRMM, EPIC, EZLynx, RingCentral, FUSE / Insured Mine, Glovebox, other vendors

Utilize reports for growth, retention, servicing, book of business maintenance

Determine / implement / monitor actions / outcomes / improvements

Create / manage campaigns : cross-sells, win-backs, old prospects

Cultivate current / new referral sources relationships, attend local events / visit referral partners

Grow online reviews

Act as PL Account Executive as needed / desired

REQUIREMENTS

3-5+ years agency environment leadership INCLUDING :

Cross-selling / increasing new business sales

Engaging others in consultative discussions

MS Office & EPIC (or similar)
