Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Ensure work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and standards. Schedule inspections and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site. Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients. Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians. Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety protocols. High school diploma or GED (technical school or relevant certifications a plus) Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license Preferred but not a must Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be able to read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans OSHA certification preferred Valid drivers license and clean driving record Competitive salary Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and development Opportunities for advancement

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of electrical workers on job sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with all codes and regulations.
