• Critical Access hospital, 25 beds
• Call Required : Yes
• Call Ratio : 1 : 4 during the week. 1-5 weekend (every 5th weekend). Call requires OB
• Call starts at 3 PM
• Case Mix : OB (less than 400 / year), GS, Ortho(lots of ortho), Endo, POD, Blocks, scopes.
• Trauma Level : Level 4 designation
• Patient Demographic / Ages : Some healthy peds but no babies, mostly adults.
• of ORs : 3 OR
• Support Staff : Traditional OR support staff
• Supervision and Ratio : CRNA staffing model
• Active License : Active NM, CSR, and DEA
• Credentialing Time Frame : 45 days
