Type :  Full-Time | Remote-First  (occasional in-person meetings required)

We’re a fast-growing concierge cardiology startup on a mission to  prevent heart attacks before they happen . Using cutting-edge diagnostics and a preventative model, we help patients get ahead of heart disease — the #1 killer in the U.S.

We’re looking for a  Remote Patient Care Coordinator  — someone who can manage  logistics, communication, and patient experience  at a high level. This is not a clinical role. It’s for someone who  runs the backend of care  like a well-oiled machine, with empathy and urgency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Be the patient’s main point of contact — before, during, and after care
• Deliver white-glove service via phone, text, portal, and email
• Handle prior authorizations, insurance questions, and provider communications
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and lab scheduling
• Keep EMRs accurate and up to date
• Proactively follow up on next steps so patients never feel lost or forgotten
• Support the physician and care team with organized, timely information
• Help refine and improve internal systems as we grow

What We’re Looking For :

You live more than 60 minutes from Carrollton or can’t make it to the office when needed

You’ve never worked in healthcare, or lack experience with insurance / prior auths

You’re not confident in your ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks

You need daily supervision or frequent reminders to follow through

You’re not excited about prevention-focused medicine or startup culture
