Job Details :

Work 12-hour PM shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation required

36 guaranteed hours per week during a 13-week contract

Must be willing to float to other locations including Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Stevens Point

No additional on-call or back-up requirements, though additional shifts may be available for sick calls

Required certifications : Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC

Minimum 2+ years emergency department experience required

Epic experience required, prior travel experience preferred

Maximum 7 days of RTO (total) will be accommodated during contract

Work in 13-bed emergency department with 1 : 1-4 patient ratios

Respiratory therapy in-house and X-ray services on-site

Any colored scrubs permitted

Must be a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, social, assertive, and confident in skills

Team player mentality essential

Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours

Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

This healthcare facility operates a 13-bed emergency department providing comprehensive emergency care services to the community. The facility maintains respiratory therapy and X-ray services on-site and is part of a larger healthcare network that may require floating to nearby locations. The emergency department focuses on quality patient care with manageable patient ratios and emphasizes teamwork and professional development.
