Your Role :

As a Seasonal Experienced Tax Consultant , you will build strong client relationships and empower clients to make informed decisions about their finances.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual platforms.
• Prepare precise and comprehensive tax returns.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and promoting additional services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and guidance.
• Offer tax notice services at all certification levels.
• Provide audit representation if you're a Circular 230 associate.
• Support and mentor your teammates.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Utilize experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Prepare individual tax returns and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or higher.
