Associate Attorney - Estate Planning & Probate

A well-established, growing estate planning and probate law firm in Salem, Oregon is seeking a full-time

• Associate Attorney

• Key Responsibilities
• Meet with clients and provide legal advice related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Represent clients in probate court and trust administration matters
• Conduct legal research and draft supporting memoranda
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver a seamless client experience
• What We're Looking For
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• from an accredited law school
• Oregon bar license
• in good standing
• 1-5 years of legal experience
• (prior estate planning or probate work is a plus but not required)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• A commitment to client service and a professional, compassionate demeanor
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must be comfortable working
