Job Description

Coachella Valley Property Management is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day functions of the business. This person will improve systems designed to keep existing customers happy, and ensure operational process are strong enough to help the firm double in size!

This person will manage a team of 15 and report to the CEO of Grove, Coachella Valley Property Management’s parent company. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a growing organization backed by experienced, well capitalized operators

Mission :

Lead the day-to-day operations at Coachella Valley Property Management Achieve high customer satisfaction (low churn), high profitability, , and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Culture & Team : Build and maintain a culture of accountability; ensure A-players are in all property management and maintenance roles.
• Customer Experience : Maintain low churn by setting up systems to deliver white-glove service to customers.
• Financial Performance : Ensure local margins remain at current levels.
• Process Improvement : Drive operational efficiency by converting all operational and finance processes from paper to digital.
• Operational Accuracy : Guarantee zero errors in trust accounting, maintenance billing, and payroll.
• Collaboration & Growth : Partner constructively with business development to support customer growth initiatives.
