You'll work directly with stakeholders across the organization to design and build custom applications and automated workflows that solve real business challenges. This position offers the opportunity to be the technical leader for all Power Platform initiatives while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead Technical Innovation : Serve as the primary technical advisor and developer for Power Platform products including Canvas and Model-driven apps
• Drive Business Solutions : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Automate Complex Processes : Develop sophisticated Power Automate flows that streamline operations and boost workflow efficiency
• Integrate Diverse Systems : Connect PowerApps with various data sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, and third-party applications
• Ensure System Excellence : Maintain and enhance existing Power App solutions while optimizing performance and scalability
• Provide Comprehensive Support : Create detailed documentation, deliver user training, and provide ongoing technical support
• Solve Critical Issues : Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Stay Current : Keep up with new Power Platform features and implement best practices to continuously improve development processes
• Manage Data Architecture : Create, maintain, and optimize database schemas while leading data integration and migration efforts
• Secure Applications : Implement robust security measures including Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to prevent data leakage
• Provide Emergency Support : Be available 24 / 7 via company phone and email for critical issues
