Job Description

Education Qualifications :

Administers anesthesia to patients of all ages in the operating room, delivery room, and provides other related services as needed in other patient care areas according to Medical Center policies and procedures. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• CRNA ran Practice
• 3 active ORs at Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital, 25-bed critical access hospital, Level IV
• Support surgical cases, labor and delivery, endoscopy
• Other anesthetizing sites are Sandstone Hospital
• Busy surgical schedule, diverse practice excluding transplant and complex pediatrics
• 24 / 7 call split amongst CRNA group

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Mental Requirements

1.    Knowledge of current principles and methods of general, regional and local anesthetics

2.    Ability to function in stressful and emergent situations
