Job Description Summary : The Executive Director, Operations serves as the senior executive responsible for operational leadership across MarinHealth Medical Network (MHMN). Provides strategic direction and oversight for network-wide operations, quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Partners with executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals, financial sustainability, and patient-centered service excellence. This role drives innovation, operational efficiency, and growth strategies while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. This position provides staff assistance to the MHMN Leadership team and participates in executive level planning and evaluations.

Pay Range : $96.15 - $132.00 - $168.25

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred.
Experience : 810 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations within a multi-site environment; experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development.
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; expertise in operational efficiency, compliance, and quality improvement.
