Position Overview : As a Main Shop Technician, you will play a critical role in performing complex repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance. We’re seeking candidates with experience in vehicle systems who can work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and provide high-quality service to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Troubleshoot issues with vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC
• Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors to ensure accurate job estimates
• Utilize advanced tools, equipment, and dealership-specific software to complete repair orders efficiently
• Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians when needed
• Adhere to dealership safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace
